AT&T Cable Services Complaint - Charging Account For Unreturned Equipment
THE COLONY, TEXAS -- Talk about horrible customer service. I would not go back to them. I thought who I had was horrible. Well we moved back in March so I disconnected my service, they no longer had verse on the other side of town. I called every month until this month in October. I requested the boxes, you are not allowed to drop off the boxes to anyone, they have to mail you boxes. Well I never got them. Not on single one. Last month the guy canceled the transaction that they were going to do, and said I will send out the boxes. Again not boxes. There was a hold on my account and the supervisor does not know why, but she opened up another case.
Well today they took out 1169.00 yes that amount. They told me they would cover all the NSF fees and deal with the credit bureau, but frankly I don't trust them. So now I am going to have to get a small loan to cover my house payment for today and I have to do this all fast. What a mess, my time, my money and my mood. Not fun, I would not deal with them again or have them draw the monthly service fee again. From now on I will use my banks option where they mail a check monthly for me.
I will send out an email to my family letting them know about this company, because I think as consumers we have that right and others need to be informed. My lawyer is also contacting them to make sure that this is done as quick and right as possible. Beware!!
