Burns Hyundai Complaint - Service Department - Warranty Service

MARLTON, NEW JERSEY -- I have owned a Hyundai for a few years now and Burns has the WORST service department I have ever encountered. You'll bring the vehicle in for a warranty check, and it comes out with problems. You then have to bring it in to get serviced and they keep it for a week or sometimes two weeks!!!!! UNHEARD OF. DON'T EVER ALLOW THEM TO GIVE YOU A GREASE AND OIL CHANGE - EVEN IF IT'S FREE. You will regret it because their techs can't even do a simple task like that.

Also, they can never diagnose the problem correctly. Write to the BBB! Get rid of those techs.
