AT&T Wireless Complaint - Billing Nightmare--WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE?
SEATTLE, WASHINGTON -- I am very upset and disappointed with the Customer Service level I have (not) received over the past month and in particular today. I have paid over 800.00$$ over the past month trying to relieve the problem in part by myself but also due to poor communication from an ATT wireless representative in Dallas TX (my former number 214-*&^-3893) I have just changed number to a 206 area code and added more monthly minutes so this problem never happens again. I was told after making my last payment of $601.00 that my bill was even.. Then two days later I owe another $148.82. After reviewing the bill IT MAKES NO SENSE WHATSOEVER!
It shows a current monthly balance of -$12.68 but says I still owe $148.82 for the same month? How does that work? It is charging me for a RUN PICS from Sony music and I have never used it (2 months now) It is charging me $25.00 reinstatement fee when I was told directly by two reps, that there was no such fee at this time. Also charged $36.00 for an "activation" fee? What activation Fee? I was never told that I needed to do such at all! One more thing it says I am over on my minutes????? It does not add up (the minutes that is--Where are they? Where did they come from? I know that your charging me $26.40 for calling ATT customer service ITEM #228 Mind you a TOLL FREE CALL TO YOU SO I CAN FIGURE OUT THIS WHOLE MESS and I get Charged $26.40? WOW! No I know why ATT is in such a world of hurt and why so many people are filing Lawsuits--Well, I might be next in Line--This Is a JOKE! I have called 13 different times today to customer service both from a land line and from my cell--Guess what? It says "Call Back” it can't take my call right now for some odd reason. However ATT sure can take a call to the billing Dept. so I can pay money I don't owe--but they can't talk to me about my bill??? I am e-mailing this as well as sending a formal letter of Complaint via the Mail. I am also going to post this on as many websites, search engines, and other forms of media as possible. This is a sad excuse for a company that claims to be so Customer service oriented!
