GNC Complaint - I hate shopping at GNC
Here's part of a complaint I just posted on their site:
This Gold Card thing for only the beginning of the month is REALLY INCONVENIENT. People are busy and they don't want to have to TIME their vitamin orders. Can't you just sell at a discount?
I just tried to order through your site. I logged in. Someone else's name and address came up. I corrected it. Every time I did so and clicked the Proceed button I was taken back to the same screen.
I called Customer Service. After being on hold for several minutes someone picked up. I asked if she could check if I had a Gold Card and she said there was no way for her to pull up the information. She also said it wouldn't matter because it was the wrong time of the month.
On top of everything else, the only low-cost shipping she said you have, takes 6-10 days. Why do you not have Priority Mail like virtually every other company that ships through the postal service?
I'm only mentioning these things in case someone else takes over the company at some point and cares one way or the other. I really would not buy from GNC at all except for the fact that my husband likes your multivitamins. iHerb has fantastic prices and great customer service. Read their customer feedback sometime!
