Whirlpool - Very Poor Repair Services
PUNE -- My Refrigerator stopped working on 5th October 2008. I called up the whirlpool customer service center for a serviceman to get it checked (Case ID 2476). After several calls, the serviceman turned up on 11th of October. He charged Rs. 285 for the checkup and declared that the PCB unit needs to be replaced.
He gave 4 days time for replacement. Its been 10 days since then and repeated calls to the service center proved vain. Today a senior contact executive(so she said she was) promised to give me the status within 2 hours and its been 6 hours since then. I received no call.
This is the worst service center experience that I have ever experienced, and hope I could get to some top management claiming a written explanation for this harassment and my service charge money back.
