Articulate Complaint - Articulate E-learning Authoring Tools DO NOT work with Vista

NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- I have used these software products without issue utilizing Windows XP. Before I upgraded to Windows Vista I asked the company if the software was compatible. The company stated the software was compatible, however, I have had multiple issues with the software not working. Technical support is only available through email, during business hours, & has still not resolved my problems.

I invested > $900.00 in this software & the company refuses to provide me with a solution or a refund.
