Expedia.com Complaint - The Company From Hell
After reading so may complaints about Expedia. I can honestly say thank you to all you people out. I thought stupid of me. That I was just 1 of the few that Expedia worked over on the phone. I have booked 6 times with them in the course of 1 year. 5 packages to Vegas alone. My last trip will be on December 11,2008. They fought me at every step of the way to get my $50 reward. To try and correct and era made. They broke me down to the point I could not deal with them anymore. Hours spent on the phone. Never allowed to speak to a supervisor. I just could not take it anymore. I called up Citi Bank told them what Expedia had done to me. Cut up my card that carried 0 balance. It was at that point that Citi knew I was gone that they offered me betters miles better perks etc. So I took there offer. But to be abused by Expedia never again in this life. I paid for my trip to Vegas already. But this is the last deal I make with them. They have no loyalty to return customers at all. With all the cut backs in the airline industry and the travel industry and people maxing out there credit cards. You would think Expedia would try to treat us right ? But they could careless about us. So all of you people who have been abused by them my heart goes out to you. Let us all say Expedia No More. I have 1 last hope for Expedia.
I hope when they have to start there lay offs. That the woman from hell; I 1st dealt with. Will be 1 of the 1st to get her walking papers from Expedia. That would be justice for me. I will never put myself threw hours of fighting Expedia again. None of us should have to take this.
