Motorola & Verizon Complaint - Software Download That Does Not Do What The Ad Said It Would

Review by cheeky cow on 2008-10-25
N, OHIO -- Verizon has and "agreement" with Motorola to "disable" the transfer pictures features from the MOTOROLA PHONE TOOLS 5.0 software. I purchased the download from the Motorola online store but was allowed to continue my purchase even after Motorola asked me who my carrier was. They should have informed me or stopped my order at that time or inquired if I was aware of the disabled features and if I wished to continue with my purchase. I paid $40.00 for this program that does not work for me.

Motorola and Verizon are not willing to help me get my money back, they have basically informed me that I have just been screwed out of $40.00 and can not get it back.
