Brighthouse Complaint - Disconnect - Telephone
WESLEY CHAPEL, FLORIDA -- Someone at Brighthouse had my phone disconnected. It wasn't until Sat when I tried to get my messages that the phone was busy all the time so I called to report it.
A tech was sent to my house on Sun and when he called the office they informed him that the phone had been disconnected by me, NOT TRUE. The tech advised all they had to do was reactivate the number and s/b on by Mon. Today is Tues I have spoken to about 10 people and all they tell me is they are working on it. I'm not transferred to a Supervisor with any knowledge nor can I speak to anyone in the tech dept.
I just got off the phone with someone from the digital dept who promised to call me back, I am waiting to see if this happens. I have a son in the service and an elderly mother so the phone is a necessity. FRUSTRATED!
