Level 1 tech's have communication problem. They don't have any ability to solve problems that a retard could. They also have poor customer service skills and are uncaring and rude. Level 2 tech was better at first. Tried to help me after waiting to schedule a phone call for 2 days. Then level 2 tech stopped communicating with me (both e-mail or phone. I became frustrated and gave x10 a deadline to contact me or I would return the purchase.
No contact was made and I returned the product. x10 needs to spend more on customer service and less on advertising. You will not be happy if you buy from them. Sorry x10. Its true.
