Global Tel* Link Complaint - Terrible Customer Service
AINT GONNA HELP, CONNECTICUT -- This is the worst business around they all don't know what the hell they are doing. Even the supervisors don't know how to take action and do anything. I called to have a block taken off my phone a week and a half ago. They tried to take it off and someone did it incorrectly is what they told me and that I would have to wait till a supervisor is available.
Ok so they should have then did it right no they didn't now their telling me I have to fax them a couple of my phone bill because there is a passcode on the account. I have no idea what they are talking about so they won't take the block off. They told me after I find a bill I have to fax it then it will take another 3-5 days.
I have already been waiting a whole week and a half my loved one is going crazy wondering why they can't call and when they will be able to and I have no answer because this sorry company can't give me anything but the run around. Their reps. Need way more training including their supervisors which don't even pick up or call back. When they do call back they call either days later or never.
One representative called me at close to 11:00 at night what the hell kind of business calls people back at 11:00 at night waking up my whole family how unprofessional. They are no help and I don't care who sees this they need to do something about this business because they don't do anything to help at all.
