Ashley Furniture Complaint - Delivery - Furniture Delivery
TUSCALOOSA, ALABAMA -- On October 23, 2008 it has been a month since I have purchased my furniture from Ashley Furniture, It has also been a month since I have been sleeping on the floor!!! Why?! because of a careless Employer at Ashley Furniture who mis typed my phone number. Further more when I tried to reach the customer service to give them my phone number (I called them, left a voice massage, and E-mailed them) guess what? No response.
So I decide to go to the store, the salesman recognized me, "Hey there my man what can I do for you?" he said. I told him about my problem and he started working on the computer and told me we have been trying to call you but your number is disconnected. I told him oh how funny is that I have been trying to contact you too(via phone and E-mail). He told me I am sorry about that, we will schedule you for next Saturday.
That is it I said, I mean who is responsible for the delay? And why haven't you contacted me by E-mail (Which I gave it to them when I bought my furniture). And by the way that is not all. The Rebate I was supposedly going to get is out of date. So the question is who is Mistake is it?
