United Parcel Service Informative - Package Not Received As Expected
MARTINEZ, CALIFORNIA -- Order costumes for the kids on 10/28, paid extra for 2day air shipping. Well its 10/30 and the package did not arrive. Called UPS at 7:00pm, she says driver has until 8:00pm to deliver, tells me to call back later, no way she can put a tracer on it until after deadline.
However, call UPS 10:48, agent states Tracing Department is closed and the fact is package still has not left Oakland facility. So at 7:00, the time of my first call, why didn't the agent offer to send me to the Tracing Department since she could tell the package was still in Oakland and not on a truck to my house?? No accountability from UPS. No checks and balances to ensure packages are delivered as expected.
Horrible and LOUSY, LOUSY customer service. Yes they deliver 15 million packages as I was so boldly told by an Agent, so they are bound to make mistakes, well sorry 1 mistake is too many and unacceptable.
Please from now on, select another means of shipping when ordering goods. I have also had a continual problem of Drivers delivering my packages 2 doors down to 332 and not 322 even though package clearly states 322.
