AT&T Wireless Complaint - Technical Assistance and Customer Service
The IT Dept issued ticket # 4002365 on 12/15/03, my phone 970XXXXXXX does not show up on your system, it used to be # 970XXXXXXX. The ACCT Activity feature has never worked regardless of phone number. The only way AT&T can pull up my acct right now is under my second line 970XXXXXXX.
The ACCT activity does not and has never worked on landline web site or thru MMODE, so I can view minutes used, yet my second line has NEVER had a problem. The last 2 billing cycles will not show any calls on my 970XXXXXXX phone (NOKIA 6800). And you (AT&T) still cannot pull up my acct under either 970XXXXXXX or 970XXXXXXXX.
Then to make it WORSE, yesterday my phone quit MAKING CALLS, just beeps after a few minutes after hitting SEND. IT still RECEIVES calls though, very strange--CAN THIS TICKET 4002365 finally be worked and fixed, this has been pending (under other tickets and departments) for 3 months NOW !!!
PLEASE get my phone working again, I have tried everything you have asked and have been very patient in the process. You guys promised this would be fixed by 12/19/03, from the last ticket #4002365. You said it was not PROVISIONED correctly on your side, yet my phone shows it is 970XXXXXXX on my end and until 1/2/04, made and received calls just fine--now it just RECEIVES--thanks Rxxxx Wxxxxxxx
