The Online Store Complaint - Extremely Bad Experience

CHATSWORTH, CALIFORNIA -- We had an extremely bad experience with this store. The delivery was delayed multiple times and finally arrived 6 weeks later than promised. Then we found that two pieces were not delivered and 5 out of the 10 pieces were damaged. The customer service was probably the worst part of this process as they kept stringing us along for almost 2 months by claiming that they would replace the furniture or give us a full refund. As it turned out, they had no intention of replacing the furniture or giving us a refund. In addition, they have still not delivered the missing pieces although it has been six months since the original order. The company and their customer service has been unethical in their responses and it many cases have lied to us.

This has been the worst online shopping experience and I have been shopping online for 5+ years. Avoid this one at all costs.
