J.D. Marvel Products Inc. Complaint - Missing refund
SAN ANTONIO, NEW MEXICO -- J.D. Marvel cashed our check for $48.95 for an order on 11/6/2003. When order did not arrive we called and after 31 minutes on hold (long distance) we cancelled order and requested a refund within 7 days per FTC rules. As of 1/3/2004 we have heard nothing. WE have written letter and emails to the company, FTC and the Postal Inspector. So far no action on this refund.
This company has many complaints and should not receive any business from anyone. BE AWARE.
