Smithtown Nissan Complaint - Rip Off Sales - New Car

SMITHTOWN, NEW YORK -- I purchased 2 cars from this dealer.I went in to purchase my third. I dealt with a very professional salesman matty He Was the best. We talk and wrote up a sales invoice for 60 months and agreed a price. Then the sales manager came by to close the deal. I came back later with plates and insurance card in hand. We sat down with the f and I guy and we began to sign. I then noticed that it was a 66 month deal I asked matty, and he said no a 60 month. Then the sales manager came by and said I was talking about a 66 month deal that I must have been mistaken.

I had the invoice it was 60.I got up and walk out went to another dealer and bought a car

I agree with you, why me. More people should pay attention to the details before accepting a deal. Good move.
