Sonicare Online Store Complaint - Failure To Send Product Or Refund Money

SPRINGFIELD, OREGON -- I ordered 2 toothbrush refills from Sonicare online store on 10/14/08 I received a confirmation back from them telling me that the charge would appear on my credit card statement as a transaction from "online appliance sales" they said it would be shipped UPS ground and would be here in about 10 days.

It has never arrived I have sent 3 emails with not response the telephone number listed on the website says to contact them via email, and their telephone mailbox is full any help would be appreciated.
