Ulta Complaint - Very Poor Service

PEORIA, ARIZONA -- Went to return a defective item 2 days after purchasing WITH a receipt. Was told I could not return it NOR EXCHANGE! They do not stand behind their products and customer service was TERRIBLE! They actually laughed at me when I asked to speak to a manager.

I used to shop there regularly including getting hair cut and colored there... NEVER AGAIN!

was this for a personal item? I have heard of them denying returns for makeup and such.

Sorry I missed the earlier question about my Ulta post. The item was a decorative ponytail holder. The decoration broke right off the first time I wore it. They lost me as a customer for a $6 item.

Every Ulta I have been to has had rude customer service.
