Circuit City Complaint - Ordering online - XBOX 360 - Rock Band 2 Bundle
I ordered a $200 Rock Bank 2 Bundle as a gift for my children on October 8 as a pre order. My order was shipped on October 20 but I still have not received my order as of today, November 4, 2008.
I've been tracking the order online through Circuit City's website but have been given no information so far. My local post office claims to have no knowledge of my shipment and FedEx Smart Post claims to have no knowledge of this item either.
I've made countless phone calls over this item. I usually get someone who mumbles incoherently in broken English and tells me to "just wait until it is delivered."
Today I had just about enough and I asked for a supervisor. I got Terrence in Customer Service who claims that there is no one higher than him in all of Circuit City that I could discuss this problem with. Who knew I would get Mr. Circuit City himself?
I will never order from Circuit City again and I would highly recommend that no one else does either. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen. Frankly it's no wonder that they are closing over a hundred stores in the very new future.
