T-Mobile Complaint - Bad Customer Service
SPARTANBURG, SOUTH CAROLINA -- I have been a very good customer with T-Mobile for 5 years. I got a new T-Mobile sim card and I still had a Suncom phone, when they switched my sim card out, they failed to tell me that I would need a 'unlock code' before I could use my phone. Therefore I called them for 4 days and they gave me the run around about where the code was. So I had no phone for several days. They want their money on time each month, but all they offered me was 20 dollars taken off of my bill.
I just feel like I could have been treated a whole lot better than they did. I wouldn't recommend T-Mobile to anyone.
