Cingular Wireless Complaint - Cingular Wireless Are Thieves And Con Artists.
QUEENS, NEW YORK -- First of all I was looking for a cell phone that I could use just for every day use. So i went to a cingular retailer to purchase a phone and a plan. Every person that i came in contact with that had cingular had told me that the service was horrible, but i needed a phone and i thought well they have so many customers they must be doing something right. So i got my phone.I bought a panasonic GD55 phone along with the plan. when my phone was connected (AFTER 3 DAYS) I cinglar had told me that my phone could not be used with my phone so i had to go back to the place because my phone did not work. The signal was so bad when it did work. Anyway they made me go back to the store for no reason, they did not tell me that the phone could be unlocked. And for some reason when u talk to cingilar costomer care the representatives have completely diferent answers to the same question. When I call cingular I have to pray that i get a representative that will give me the right information. They never know what they're talking about. Aside from the horrible signal and service, and not being able to use your phone at all at times my sim card somehow got all messed up and I had to buy a new one so i did ,after I bought it I called to have it activated. My phone was working ,I was happy to have my horrible servive back because my phone had not been working at all for 4 days. So then the hone number they had given me got mixed up with another person then they made me do the process all over gain and told me that it would be fixed. Then when that atempt fialed I gave up and stayed with the other number. Three days later I picked up my phone to order food because I am disables and there was no food in my house. When I picked up my phone it said UNREGISTERED SIM CARD. I always pay my bills early. Cingular does not care about their customers at all. All they care about is making money and the hell with their customers. And of course the reason that i have'nt changed my service is because of the $150 dollars they make you pay for breaking their contract
