Wal-Mart Complaint - Return Policy - Acer Computer
THOMASVILLE, ALABAMA -- I purchased an acer computer on September 8th 2008. The computer stopped working on November 1st 2008. I took it back to Walmart with my receipt. I was informed at the service desk that there was a 15 day period that I had to bring the computer back even though their policy on the wall says 90 days on computer components and accessories.
I think it is an injustice that you work hard for your money and pay that much for something for it to only work for about one month and then no refund or exchange. I am tired of being cheated.
