Verizon/Direct TV Complaint - File A Charge Or Lawsuit Against Verizon?

Review by buffalo66 on 2008-11-07
I have had more stress and anxiety from Verizon than any other thing in my life!

Does anyone know where I can get some help as to where I can possibly take legal action against the company?

I was charged falsely for months by Verizon. I tried several times to cancel with they're company. I have email correspondence and I have tape recordings of conversations with representatives of the company. With each piece of evidence showing my attempts to cancel with the company.

It took the company 7 months to put the cancel request in. Now I am stuck with a $700 dollar bill that they tacked on to the DirecTV account that I had through them.

Anyone who has any information would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Here is a list of Verizon executives. I suggest that you write a letter detailing your problem. In order to be more effective don't threaten a lawsuit.

When you cancel service, do it in writing and use certified mail. That is the only thing that will stand up in court. Even if you complain to the exec’s in writing, use certified mail. CYA
