US Air Mastercard Complaint - Cryptic, Deceptive Marketing And Statement Display - Abysmal Customer Service

US Air's Mastercard through Juniper Bank promises an easy-to-understand online statement, then delivers a carefully deceptive display that does not include the actual current balances, last payments received, or any information useful in controlling finance costs. Their policy states that interest only accrues on money owed after the one-month grace period. In actuality, they hide the final amount due, and charge a FULL MONTH of interest on EVERY PENNY owed at the end of the statement, then display it as an average finance charge, which it is not. When I wrote them to question it, they sent back random form answers that did not apply to my question at all.

DO NOT get one of their cards - the rewards are overrated, and the hassles are enormous!
