Smith and Noble Complaint - Catalog Nightmare

I can't say anything about the quality of Smith & Noble's products as I chose another local source for my blinds.

But what I can say is that if you request anything from them - catalog, samples, etc. - you will NEVER be able to get off their mailing list.

Despite several emails, calls and using CatalogChoice.org the catalogs keep coming, my mailbox is jammed and I regret ever having contacted them.

Just a heads up - once you start, they never stop.
