Best Buy Complaint - Warranty Renewal
LAS VEGAS, NORTH CAROLINA -- I just called Best Buy regarding the warranty on my computer. I hadn't received a notice for the renewal. I spoke to a supervisor, Clint, who informed me that my renewal expired in September and I only had until October 12th to renew. He couldn't have cared less that my warranty had expired. I am outraged. Nobody at Best Buy ever informed me that there was a deadline to renew nor had I been informed of the date my warranty expired. They never sent me the renewal form in the mail. This is no way to run a company. If they want repeat business then they should know how to treat a customer. I will make sure that anyone that I know who wants to make a purchase go anywhere but Best Buy for there items. They do not care about their customers.
I now have no warranty on my computer thanks to Best Buy. I had always been a very good customer of theirs but never again. DON'T EVER PURCHASE AT BEST BUY. THEY DO NOT HONOR THERE WARRANTY.
