Best Buy - Best Buy It Somewhere Else! Complaint - No Refund, No Credit!
VICTORVILLE, CALIFORNIA -- I purchased a Jabra car charger with 4 connects guaranteed to fit my Jabra wireless ear piece. None of the 4 connections fit my Jabra ear piece. Paid $21.99 for the product. Waited 35 days to return it because I misplaced the receipt. Found the receipt and went to the store. Product is still in it's original packaging--not opened. I have the receipt--I figure "piece of cake". When I get there I got the dept. where I picked up the product and saw that it is still on the shelf--still $21.99. Customer service says it cannot give me a refund but can offer me $10.00 for the product. That's because that was the lowest sales price they sold it for in the past 90 days. I tell them, "I just saw in the dept. for the same price I paid $21.99." They tell me, "unfortunately are registers were recently changed to a new computer system which will not allow them to give me a refund."
There was no way I was going to accept $10.00 for it when I know that will just put it right back on the shelf and sell it for $21.99. I told them I would accept a store credit. But, "Sorry, we can't offer that."
So I say, BEST BUY IT SOMEWHERE ELSE! I hope they go out of business.
