Comcast Corporation Complaint - 4 Months Gone By - Issue Never Get Resolved
DETROIT, MICHIGAN -- I started calling Comcast (MI) July 25th of 2008 regarding 2 payments I sent them and that was mis-posted in our Comcast CA account. Both Comcast MI and Comcast CA told me they will transfer the payments to the right account. Comcast CA took it out of our CA account and we have paid the total balance in time, but 4 months had gone by and Comcast MI hasn't applied the payment to our MI account. I have talked to the supervisor and SHE told me hundred times that they will take care of it, aside from not posting our payments, Comcast kept billing us for late charges which shouldn't even be, because we are paying the current charges on time while waiting for them to resolve this issue. WHAT IS WRONG WITH COMCAST!!! This is the reason I have AT&T service at home, if only I could cancel my company's subscription from Comcast, and not to deal with them at all.
Can the government close Comcast at all??? PLEASE, put Comcast out of business, I'M BEGGING YOU!!!
