IRepairSquad.com Complaint - Nothing but Problems with iRepairSquad

LOGAN, UTAH -- I have been trying to get my iPod returned since April 2008 (it is now mid- November 2008). It took them 4 months to acknowledge my complaint. I found out they lost my iPod when an IT person mistakenly told me it was lost. Prior to this, I was given the run-around MANY times, such as "your iPod will be shipped tomorrow" or "we have located it for shipping and it will be mailed ASAP." I have been sent 2 iPod replacements in the past 2 months. The first replacement stopped working 4 days after I received it. I mailed this back in for repair, and the hard drive was replaced. 3 weeks later, my new replacement arrived.

However, this time the iPod never turned on. I spoke with a "manager" and was told that my iPod problem would be taken care of immediately and that it would be repaired and shipped within 2 days of receipt (which, is their *normal* turn-around time anyways). It's been over 1 month and I still have NOT received my iPod back. I wait on average 30 minutes on the phone every time I call, and nothing is really ever resolved. I submitted a negative customer review and it was never posted in their review section of their website.

Hmmm- no wonder they average 5 star reviews... DO NOT USE iRepairSquad- they are not a legit business!
