Delta Airlines Informative - This Has The Rudest People Working For Them!
PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA -- On the 5th of November my husband and I had a flight from Philadelphia to boston at 12:45. They changed the flight to 12:30. Although we were in the Airport at 11:15am We were sent to Air France because they are the partners and we were only using Delta Comair for Philadelphia to Boston and than Boston to Paris to Bordeaux. There were women who tried to check us in with their do-it yourself check -in machines but they didn't work. there were counter clerks just standing around talking and laughing as we stood in line for more than 20 minutes. Finally a Latino woman in Philadelphia had us wait of minimum of 15 minutes after waiting for more than a half an hour she rudely told us the the time had been changed from 12:45 to 12:30 and that it was to late to check in because it was now 11:47 and you need at least 45 minutes to check in. She was deliberately rude and when she told me to go to Air France to ask them to change the tickets because they issue the tickets. She already knew that on Wednesday that Air France is closed. She was reluctant to help I went to another person to ask for help. than she decided to make some calls. We were book on a flight later but without any meals because I order a special meal months before an I have a special diet.
I'm writing to the Airline and I hope they start looking at the people who are representing their company. I will never fly with this company again. She refuse to let us put some of our clothes in another suit case because one bag was only 26 lbs and the other 70lbs.
