Beaudry RV - Tucson, Arizona Complaint - Failed To Deliver A Usable/Merchantable Motor Coach
TUCSON, ARIZONA -- Bought a 2006 45' Monaco Signature in Sept. 2005. Beaudry RV drove and delivered a coach beseached with 132 dangerous/defective/missing items, (nine months later Monaco took the coach back to the factory and worked on 86 items) ranging from mis-welded rear axles/dead smart steering wheel/no wipers/no horn/inoperative frig-freezer/sewage hose loose & sprayed me, filling the lower level with raw sewage/no coach electrical-inverter/inaccurate computer/missing master control (never did get)headlight hanging loose/dead bolt jammed/interior wood moldings falling off/toilet room door swung both directions-door opening larger than door/tile backsplash cracked/etc..I paid $58,000.00 down and not another cent/Beaudry RV repossessed, sued for balance...went to court & lost on a technicality (see UCC Revocation of acceptance below) went to court of appeals and lost...petitioned the US supreme court to hear and failed. Now out of pocket $89,000.00 on the motor coach and $165,000.00 in attorney fees and 3 years in court, etc.
Please join me and buy from Beaudry RV....I need the company!! Once you sign an order...you're crap..."they" did not respond once to my thirty some letters and over 112 contacts....Monaco are masters at smother you with cleverness and stall...stall...stall. My light religious belief prevents me from saying what I really feel...you can read that whichever way you wish. Enjoy your retirement as ours at age sixty six, is gone!
Should you even "think" of purchasing.....I strongly suggest you first become completely familiar with the UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) "Revocation of Acceptance" which dealers DO NOT WANT YOU TO KNOW ABOUT, "and" hire a super strong good DOWN & DIRTY attorney...which ours was not....does one exist??? I drove the coach twice after notifying Beaudry RV & Monaco of the ROA and is why I lost!!! (Lemon Laws are child's play in this game!)
