Best Buy Complaint - Poor Customer Service
WICHITA, KANSAS -- I recently purchased a Samsung refrigerator from Best Buy. 6 month later the freezer quit working and I contacted Best Buy about the problem. They informed me that they could not help me and that I had to contact Samsung. I did contact Samsung and they did very little to help me.
I then contacted Best Buy and told them of the situation, In turn they said that it was out of there hands. Best buy will not even stand behind the products that they sell. And the customer service was pathetic at best.
When I bought the refrigerator at the best buy store the sales person told me it was one of the best on the market. Unfortunately that is not the case. I still have not gotten it fixed, and I was informed by the tech that he could not get parts for it, I live in a major city and he will still have to order parts. It has been 5 weeks and he still can't tell me when it will be fixed.
Best Buy refuses to help me with the problem. I wish I would have read the numerous customer complaints on this site first. I will never spend my hard earned money at Best Buy again, and I hope that by writing this letter that I keep someone else from making the same mistake.
