Qwest Complaint - Qwest Charges What Ever They Want And Will Tell You Anything You Want To Hear
ROSWELL, NEW MEXICO -- We signed up for Qwest bundle and we were told our bill would never be over 180.00 included taxes, etc.. Sometimes our bills would be over 450.00 a month. They would bill us 2 times a month for Direct TV.
I called them because they screwed up my contract... My free mins. were paid for to start at 7 but their computer doesn't know that so they charged me 40 cents a min.
Because they didn't know how to fix it they changed my contract to 1500 mins.
After being on the phone for 3 hours and having the phone slammed down in my ear by a representative named ALLEN in wireless, I called back.
I talked to 7 people that day and at last got out of my cell phone contract. Every month I was on the phone with them sometimes as long as 2 hours. They would pass me from one representative to another and everyone had different advice. I spent more time on the phone with them then I did with my loved ones.....
I feel we over paid at least 3000.00 over 1 year and a few months. Someone need to stop them. they do not care about anything except $$$$$$$ and we the consumer have to pay for their mistakes.... My advice... NEVER BUNDLE WITH QWEST.
