Diamler Chrysler Financial Services Complaint - Nasty Service - 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche

KENTUCKY -- I also received rude and discourteous service from a representative from Chrysler Financial. I can't recall ever having been disrespected like that. It was so bad, that I contacted the company, and asked that representatives from this company never contact me again by phone.

It is really unfortunate how this company allows their staff to disrespect paying customers.

I guess the big question is: were you a paying customer? Usually you only hear from the finance company if you are a non-paying customer. There's more to this story.
