United States Postal Service Informative - Not Getting My Mail Delivered - USPS Returns It As A Bad Address
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS -- In March of 2008, I moved into my apartment complex. The apartments were built in the 1960's, so it is not new. I noticed a decrease in my mail, and doing the change of address was fraught with problems.
In April, the agency I work for advised me they were attempting to send my mail, and it came back as a bad address. I have gone around with apartment and mail people. I have one mail service guy that is trying to help me, but to no avail.
Last week, I was assured that they put up a placard at the Post office for my mail, and it wouldn't be returned...
I got an email from my employer wanting to know why I have not given them a change of address, as very important mail has been returned again. I have suffered untold economic loss and lost opportunities I may never know because of this problem.
How can I get help? I cannot afford a P. O. Box and I shouldn't have to do that anyway.
Anyone have any suggestions?
