Victorville Motors Complaint - Service Department Gives No Customer Service

VICTORVILLE, CALIFORNIA -- I took my 2007 Jeep Liberty to this dealership for warranty work on the windows. The electric motor on the windows failing seems to be a common problem for this model. The service technician damaged my tint while fixing the window and when I brought it to the attention of the service manager, he accused me of lying about the damage. When I asked if they were going to fix the damage, he said they wouldn't fix any damage done to after market items. Nothing I signed relieved them of that responsibility.

He then informed me that I was not welcome to bring my car back for any work - warranty or otherwise. I sent a letter to the general manager and got no response. I also filed a complaint with the BBB. I have not yet received a response.
