Electrolux/Fridgidaire Informative - Customer Service Help
I found an email contact on this site and contacted Electrolux/Fridgidaire regarding my fridge breaking down for the 3rd time in 4 years. Their customer service was exceptional! They offered to pay for the current repair or provide a partial refund of the original purchase price. Their customer service agent always answered my email within 24 hours and answered all of my MANY question. When I opted for the refund I sent all of the required info to the company and received my check in about 3 weeks. FYI--if you don't have your original receipt, you can generally get a copy from the store you purchased from.
BEST BUY faxed a receipt to me in just a few hours. I wish anyone who is having problems with an Electrolux/Fridgidaire product good luck!
