Riviera Hotel and Casino / Priceline Complaint - Paid For A Room, Received Filthy Room
LAS VEGAS, NEVADA -- I arrived at 11:03 PM it took one hour to check in once checking in I received my room keys went to my room at 12:00 AM to discover that it hadn't been cleaned from the previous guests. I went back to the reservation desk and requested to speak to the Manager, he never came out I had to use the house phone to speak to him. There were 5 other guest standing there with me complaining about the same issue and approximately 30 people waiting to check in, however they never received their rooms. The Manager said all he could do was have me wait for housekeeping. So it now being approximately 2:30 AM went up to the room found a worker restocking towels and linen into a closet convinced him to provide me with clean linen opened the room placed the linen over a bed a waited to check out. Terrible experience..
I asked for a complete refund and was told that Priceline had to approve it, I called Priceline numerous times, to date I have not received my refund.
