US Airways Complaint - Separating Families - Poor Organization
DEPTFORD, NEW JERSEY -- I recently came home from my honeymoon in Mexico, which I flew through US Airways. Upon receiving my ticket to Mexico at the Airport, my husband and I realized we were sitting several rows apart. The lady next to me kindly switched with my husband since she had ALSO been separated from HER husband. The family in front of us had also been separated. The mother, father, and their young daughter were all sat together in section 1, but their toddler son was sat with strangers in section 3. We all moved around in order for their family to move. We heard other families on the same flight complaining that they were separated from their loved ones.
US Airways needs to seriously evaluate their seating program because after shelling out hundreds of dollars, no one wants to sit away from their flying partner on a 3+ hour trip.
