PlayMusic123.com Complaint - Customer Service - Violin

ATLANTA, GEORGIA -- Purchased a violin for my daughter with the comfort that the site states that it is a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed and tat if for any reason I could return the product for a full refund less shipping & Handling and a 20% restocking fee. Turns out that the violin was not the best quality (my fault since it was the cheapest, $49.95). I returned it after one use and it took at least 6 emails and 2 phone calls to get the refund. They tried everything to not refund my money. I shipped myself and they tried to charge for that. Then they said they never received it. Had to provide UPC signature.

Then it was that they did not know how much they would refund back. Would need to check. Turned out I got the refund less $18. The worst customer service. be warned!!

Yeah, I would think anytime you find a violin for that price it can't be a good deal. I'll stay away from them, though. Thanks!

I had the similar experience with Playmusic123.com. They sent me an email confirmation the refund was processed on 12/06/2012, so far I haven't received it yet as today of 01/03/2013.
