Beautology Brands - Charles Worthington London Complaint - Terrible Hair Product, Even Worst Customer Service

ILLINOIS -- I recently purchased a Charles Worthington London Hair product. I found the mousse did not live up to its description. I called the 800# and told Nicole of my experience. She said they do not guarantee their product and if I wanted my money back, I would have to return it to the store. I told her I don't have my receipt and wasn't going to use the product. I was told it was not their fault I don't keep my receipt. I told her I would return it to them. She flat out said she didn't want it. I wonder why?? This company has very poor customer service. She did not even ask for the product no or lot code.. Perhaps there may have been something wrong with their product. duh... This company needs a lesson in customer service.

She had emailed me and said not to bother their other office. I have been trying to email Stuart Straus' office and explained to him my conversation. She seems to intercept the emails They must have a one person office. My friend is not very fond of their products, so I don't thinks its me.
