National Cellular Owners Association Complaint - Insurance Fraud with NCOA
CALIFORNIA -- NCOA (National Cellular Owners Association) company is a very bad cheating company. When I bought two cell phones with Wirefly they have recommend to buy the insurance and I have paid $49.99 + $49.99. About $100 for my both cell phone insurance.
One day when my wife went for shopping, she has lost or pick-pocketed the cell phone from her jacket pocket. But when I requested FOT insurance, the person named [snip] Customer Service [snip] sent a one liner reply with "Your request to have your Request for Service (RFS) reviewed has been received. Your Account Manager's decision of Denial stands. There is no evidence to change this decision. ".
I have been continuously asking some one to call me and talk with me no one is calling me. Also, When I call no one picks up the phone it goes to voice mail.
Even when I get an agent in the phone after long wait, one of the agent has told your case should not be rejected, go and update the RFS. But when I updated again this [snip] maintains that Your account denial status stands the same.
This company is a total cheating company, I request no one get an insurance from this company. Their service is not good. No one even talk with you. They act as if they are the big guys will not respond to us anything.
