SmartSavingsCents Complaint - Unauthorized Charges

Review by pommom on 2008-11-21
BOCARATON, FLORIDA -- I was charged unauthorized charges for a savings deal by SmartSavingsCenters in Florida. I ordered a movie and the signed me up with out my permission to a club and this cost me $39.95. Be ware this is a scam. I called them and they said I signed up.

They will not refund the money and the funny part I never received the movie, I ordered it almost a month ago.

Come on, BobJohn, you don't really expect consumers to read the terms of agreements, do you? It's much easier to complain and plead ignorance!

BobJohn, now you stop that! I'm really supposed to take responsibility for my actions? What'll they expect next, that I only cross the street when the light is green?

I'm sorry - please forgive me. It was hidden in bold font right next to the product at checkout.
