Sharper Image Complaint - Poor Service/Non-delivery of order
MERCED, COLORADO -- On 12/9 I placed an order for six items to be used for Christmas. One was delivered on 12/18. From that time on I called on 12/23, 12/30, and 1/5 requesting the balance of my order. Each time a very nice Representative said they would resolve the matter and the items would be received in so many days. Today, 1/9, I received one more item, however no advice as to status of the other four. Called the company and cancelled the order with another nice person who again apologized. She could find no evidence that the other four were even processed.
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Avoid the embarrassment of not being able to deliver promised gifts. I would discourage others from making purchases from this company.
