I ordered take out considering you have a take out window...no one even acknowledged me at the window. So I went inside I was told on the phone 15 minutes. I showed up 15 min later spent at least two min at the window so I went inside. There were 7 girls standind there one was talking about her hair cut and running her fingers through her hair never washing them and proceeded to touch the food...hello health inspector HUGE VIOLATION! I waited and waited and finally yelled out does anyone here in a uniform actually work... it was a total joke all we wanted were 2 sandwiches to go never ever again. Where is mgt? You are losing so much buisness these girls are lucky they have a job in this economy someone needs to teach them a lesson.

This is the Friendly's in Lawrence MA on 114.Your staff has been horrible ever since the flood. Thought we would give it another chance to bad we did. PS stop and tell your line cooks not to lick their fingers and then touch a guests food that's disgusting!!! Never mind this will probably never make it to you seeing as you have no compaint dept. Now I know why you don't

if you suspect a real issue, contact the local health department and file a complaint.

You're doing the right thing by not going back. This place sounds awful. Might I suggest in the future frequenting a locally owned and operated establishment. You'll be glad you did.

I didn't even know they still had Friendly's....sounds like they still hire pigeons...agreed w/ Crabman, try a mom and pop joint...the older and more run down looking, the better.
