/ Merchantila Complaint - Poor Customer Service / Information

SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA -- Cannot connect with a live person to discuss order status. Put on permanent hold. Website reports delivery of my order to Cloverdale, CA. Multiple notes via "Amazon-like customer care over the web" have resulted in NO ANSWER.

Purchased $979 furniture set via Bill-Me-Later and have talked to them (they answered the phone) to report my order cancellation and recommend that they discontinue doing business with them....
