Holidays Fashion Complaint - refund/exchange
MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE -- I Came in to return a dress realized that I did not have reciept. I wanted to do an exchange and the sales representative refused. Call the district manager and she stated that she would allow me to. She did not apologize. When I started to go into detail she cut the converstation off.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
I want an apology.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident.
