Purity Products Informative - Purity Products Is Negligent In Customer Care
I hear of purity products on a radio show and they offered a sample of the product for free if I would pay shipping. Great offer so I accepted. Afterwards I found out that this also activated auto shipping. I quickly canceled this via email through their customer care. 1 Month later I was charged $188 for a 3 month supply. I called and wrote again and complained. I decided to keep the vitamins on that one occasion and again they told me the account was closed. 3 Months later it happened again. This time I returned the products with another call and email to Roy the customer care manager with no reply from Roy. This company is very negligent and would not to business with them as they are like roaches and are hard to get rid of.
To make this worst I had to wait until they received their product back for me to be credited my money back? What a racket.. Be warned and avoid!!!
