AT&T Wireless Complaint - Bad Service Money Hungry Company, There Mistakes Cost Us Hundreds Everyday
I have been with AT&T for many years always taking my bill paying it going on this year new my first upgrade. All I have had is trouble, out of town with new phone says 911 calls only manager tells me needs a new memory card, it still does it. I have complained now they want me to sign another two year contract pay for another phone, when the first phone never worked.
The new service person told me I had moisture in it, probably the reason the first week right, bad phone, just hate the service, bad.
